ON Saturday, April 21 Pontfaen members travelled to the Pembrokeshire Showground to compete in the Wales YFC Field Day.
The Fencing team consisting of Gwilym Prothero, Brychan Davies and Joshua Morgan were narrowly beaten into second place in the Junior Fencing Competition.
In the Farm Safety First Aid Section Sian Healey was awarded second place.
On Sunday, April 28, at the Brecknock YFC Sports Day, members took part in the following competitions, Dodge Ball (first place), Mixed Hockey (second place), Netball (third), Mixed Touch Rugby (third).
Members also competed in rounders and football.
