Members of Pontfaen travelled to Wrexham to the Wales YFC Final of the Ballroom Dancing. Team members included Daniel Davies and Vicky-Lynn Healey who performed the Waltz, Ryan Price & Megan Chessell who executed the Tango with Vicky Price, Rebecca Price and Sian Healey dancing the Paso Doble with all members finishing with the Cha Cha Cha.
Judge Helen McGreary was impressed by the standard from all teams and awarded Pontfaen YFC first place receiving the Royal Welsh Crystal Award with 171 points, second went to Pembroke with 170 points and Glamorgan in third with 158.
Pontfaen YFC will now compete in the National Final in Blackpool on Sunday 8th May at the Winter Gardens Ballroom.
