A Powys drinking establishment has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Markets Tavern, a pub, bar or nightclub at 36 Free Street, Brecon, Powys was given the maximum score after assessment on December 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Powys's 271 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 167 (62%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
