A COMPANY behind the marketing of the UK around the globe has scored an embarrassing PR own goal after it misspelt one of the UKs most scenic areas.
VisitBritain has thrown £25 million behind an advertising campaign which has been splashed across newspapers, at train stations and on taxi cabs throughout major cities of the world, yet the Brecon Beacons was spotted by one commuter in arguably the most famous city on the planet - New York - as being spelt incorrectly.
