IT was an early Christmas present for Cylch Yn Yr Ysgol recently when the Builth-based school received a welcome donation of £300 from Builth Male Voice Choir for the purchase of Welsh books for each child.
The school aims to provide high-quality early years care and education through the medium of Welsh in a friendly caring environment for children aged 3-5 years. Although receiving funding from the local authority to cover staffing costs, all other expenses have to come from fundraising efforts.
In thanking the Choir the school said they were thrilled to receive the donation.
