Radnor YFC had a busy weekend with eight members heading to the English Winter Fair, at Staffordshire Showground, on Sunday, November 18 to represent their County against other YFC members from across the Country, coming back with some excellent results.
Ella Harris, from Teme Valley YFC, won the Intermediate Live Beef stockjudging and then went on to win as a team along with James Nixon, Rhayader YFC. Gemma Price won the Intermediate Lamb Carcase judging and won the team competition with Will Lewis, Dolau YFC, and as well as Liz Swancott and George Morgan, Teme Valley YFC they took home the overall Carcase judging trophy. The overall team of Elizabeth Swancott, Ella Harris, George Morgan, Thomas Lloyd, Aeron Powell, Gemma Price, James Nixon, Will Lewis were thrilled to have gained third place overall.
