The Friends of Builth Wells Library held a successful Fun Day at the end of last month.

The event took place on the Groe on Wednesday, July 30.

The Rotary Club supported the event by providing their gazebo and presented the Friends of Builth Wells Library with a cheque for £337. The funds were raised at a recent quiz night held in aid of the Friends’ work.

The Friends of Builth Wells Library are dedicated to supporting and promoting the provision of a public library service in Builth Wells. Their work benefits not only local residents but also visitors and businesses in the area.

They also support the town’s wellbeing by acting as a community hub for social, educational, and leisure activities.
