A SCHOOL worker has admitted secretly filming his partner and 19-year-old stepdaughter at home. The 44-year-old, who cannot be named for legal, reasons admitted observing a person doing a private act and two counts of voyeurism when he appeared before magistrates in Llandrindod Wells.
