A BRECON student is fundraising to raise awareness of a rare disease she suffered from when she was a child.

Katie Samuel, 28, is studying health and social care at Coleg Powys in Brecon, but as a child suffered from Kawasaki disease. She's planned a series of fundraising events for the Kawasaki Support Group, which helps those who've suffered from it.
