THE A44 between Crossgates and Gwstre is currently closed following a crash involving three vehicles.
It happened just after 11am and one driver, a woman, is injured but her injuries are believed to be minor.
A red Suzuki Celerio, white Vauxhall Vivaro and white Fiat van are involved.
Gwstre, is to the west of Crossgates, which is just north of Llandrindod Wells, at the point where the A483 and A44 meet.
A spokeswoman for Dyfed-Powys Police said: "The road is closed while we wait for recovery – it’s not known when that will be."
