Liam Davies and Obi McQueen of Llangors School have been congratulated for their incredible efforts selling poppies for Royal British Legion.
The youngsters have been selling poppies every day in school as part of the community’s fundraising efforts for this year’s appeal.
Acting headteacher at Llangors School, Mark Williams, said: “Obi and Liam have excelled themselves over the last few weeks, enthusiastically selling poppies everyday at school from the Royal British Legion.
“That’s not been easy during the pandemic restrictions, but they were determined to help our school raise funds as part of the Llangors Poppy Appeal, as we have studied Remembrance in class.”
