RADNORSHIRE Indoor Bowling Club Juniors have been noted to have been very successful in recent years, and continue to progress this season under new coach John Dackers.

Recently a pair of youngsters and a triples team got through to the quarter finals of the National Under 16’s competitions. Whilst the junior fours competition takes place at the Radnor Indoor Stadium on Sunday February 7.

Any youngsters wishing to join the Juniors are welcome to come along every Friday evening between 5 and 7pm.

In a week before Christmas a very successful pairs competition was held at the Radnorshire Indoor Stadium. The winners were Ken Price and Malcolm Padmore, who were also two of the sponsors of the competition, the other main sponsor being the Wheelwright Arms, Erwood. In the final the victors defeated Peg Lane and Haydn Morgans.
