RADNORSHIRE Men’s Over 60’s played their final match of the year last Friday when they were at home to Ffrith in a four rink game.

Although on paper the hosts appeared to have quite a strong team, they lost on all four rinks. Having said that, the margin on three rinks was small except Brian Jones four who lost by 43 shots to 7.

The next fixtures for the Radnorshire Men’s squads are on the weekend of January 9 and 10 2016.

The Premier League side play at home to Cynon Valley on the Saturday in the Club Championships. Whilst the Radnorshire club take a squad to Cynon Valley for a friendly. The Team Championship side are away at Duffryn on the Sunday afternoon, with the Ladies Under 25’s taking on the Men’s team at Radnorshire Indoor Stadium on the same day in the morning.

Following the recent International Men’s Development day at Llanelli, two bowlers from Radnorshire will progress to the next stage, they are Sam Roff and Clive Martin.
