BRECON'S bonus point victory saw them climb out of the bottom three for the first time this season while also confirming their Division 3 status.

It has been a long time coming but survival is thoroughly deserved - the Parc de Pugh men endured a miserable first half to the season in which they lost nine of their opening 11 matches, but they have turned things around since dramatically since Christmas, winning six from eight.
