BRECON Northcote extended their recent unbeaten run to three in the Watson Financial Mid Wales League (South).
A very creditable 4-4 draw at home against title chasing Knighton Town Reserves made it three from three.
In the only game in the league to survive the weather, Northcote led 2-0 and 3-1 and then trailed 4-3 before grabbing a late equaliser.
Joel Evans scored twice for Northcote with the in-form Cory Evans and Llyr Davies also on target while Knighton’s goal scorers were Dan Farmer, Neil Davies, Marc Wozencraft and Dean Roberts.
