NEWBRIDGE FC youngsters are looking forward to their season in Spar Mid Wales League Division two.
Now under the new management team of Matt Aubrey and assistant, Adriano Giralami, The Villagers are looking to improve on last season’s 12 place finish.
It was a learning curve for a very youthful squad and Newbridge wish to thank outgoing manager, Tim Broome for his excellent work.
There have been several positives from a tough pre-season campaign which saw a narrow defeat at Hay St Marys, a draw with Bartestree and a defeat at Knighton Town.
Chairman, Pip Samuel and the Newbridge committee are hoping this will be the first of many seasons of quality football returning to Penbont Field with mainly a home grown squad of exciting talent showing real commitment to the club.
