SUNDAY December 13 was the fourth week of the Winter League and took place in miserable conditions.

26 members took part and the results were as follows: First: Dylan McPhee and Huw Cooke – 42 points; Second: Tony Price and Peter Horne – 39 points winning on the back two; Third: Richard Gealy and Graham Hazlock – 39 points.

On Monday December 14 Llandrindod Wells Golf Club AGM was held with the outgoing Captain Mr Michael (Axle) Foley handing over the duties to the newly elected Captain Mr Tony (Bill) Price with Mr Peter (Piggy) Williams as his Vice Captain.

All the members wished them all the success for the forthcoming year in office.
