A TEAM from Cradoc Golf Club entered the Longest Day Challenge in aid of Macmillan Nurses back in the summer.

The team consisting of Dai Lewis, Gary Jenkins, BRian Evans and Les Gwynne set out to complete four rounds in a day, with a twist. The challenge is usually played on one course but they set out to play on four different courses, Llandrindod Wells, Builth Wells, Brecon and finally Cradoc.

They set off at 5.30am at Llandrindod Wells and started their last round at 4.30pm at Cradoc. It took 13 and a half hours which included travelling between the clubs.

The total raised was £1,786.50 and this was presented to Macmillan Nurses this month.
