Members of Cradoc Golf Club played their final match of the summer season last Sunday and then celebrated at their presentation evening.

Club captain Simon Williams and ladies captain Janet Hendey presented some 50 trophies and cups to the members who had won various weekly matches, knockout match plays and the club competitions.

The captains’ chosen charity is League of Friends, Brecon Hospital, and over the past few weeks members have raised around £2,700 through a charity day and various auctions.

Cradoc Golf Club has hosted some national golf competitions this year, including the Wales Golf Ladies’ scratch team championships and the Tournament of Champions, welcoming players from all over Wales.
