LLANDOVERY College went one better than last year as they beat Bryanston by five tries to two in the final of the Christ College Royal Welsh Regiment 7s last weekend, writes Huw S Thomas.

Llandovery won what is considered to be Wales' top schools sevens tournament by beating Bryanston, who they had earlier lost to in the pool stage, 29-12 in the final.
