DYLAN McPhee has sensationally quit as Rhayader Town boss, severing a near 20-year long association with his home town club.

McPhee, who is cited as the main man behind the revival of the former Welsh Premier League club after it folded in 2006, has been player manager of the Weirglodd side ever since they re-emerged the following season.
