SISTERS Rheanna Morgan-Rogers, 12 and Lexie Morgan-Rogers, 11, from Nantmel have recently competed in the final round of the two round series of the UK Girls’ National Motocross at Banbury, Oxfordshire.
The first round was held at Duns in Scotland where these ladies took the long journey up to compete back in april of this year.
Overall for the series Rheanna took a well deserved second place on the podium in the small wheels 85cc class.
Lexie earned a well fought fifth in the 65cc class.
Rheanna is a team member of the Fight like a Girl Motocross team whose aim it has been for the last four years to raise breast cancer awareness.
Both girls are pupils at Llandrindod Wells High School.
