THE British Army won the Cwmtawe 7s for the sixth time when they put the Samurais to the sword 45-10 in the final.

The Carmarthen Warriors won the Plate, beating Swansea 26-21, and Trebanos dominated the Shield competition, winning the final 32-7 win against Cwmavon.
