WHILE most sports obsessed kids his age are concentrating on staying out of the referee's notebook on a Saturday, Adam Jones is deciding who to jot down in it.

The Brecon teenager, who is an accomplished and talented athletics star, has just become a qualified referee for senior level rugby in Wales and believes a career in officiating may just be on the cards.
