A 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson and is in custody.

The arrest was made in relation to the fire late on Saturday night (June 20) at an old library building in Llandrindod Wells.

Ten fire crews were called to tackle the fire into the early hours of Sunday morning.

The library was empty at the time this incident took place.
