THE Welsh Ambulance Service Trust is holding its annual meeting in Llandrindod Wells.
The board meeting is open to members of the public to attend who, as well as observing the discussions, can put questions to the men and women responsible for the 999 service.
Chair Mick Giannasi said: “We are looking forward to bringing our trust board meeting and AGM out to the community in Powys and would encourage everyone who’s able to come and see us in action.
“We’re always interested to hear people’s views on the services we provide and, as well as board members discussing important matters and making decisions, our Trust Board meetings are a fantastic opportunity for us to listen to others.”
The meeting is taking place at The Pavilion, Spa Road, from 10am on Thursday, July 20.
The Trust’s quarterly board meeting will be held from 10am until 1pm before a break for refreshments, followed by the AGM from 2pm onwards. There will also be a question-and-answer session when members of the public can voice any concerns that they have.
Anyone planning to go to the meeting is asked to confirm their attendance in advance with Steven Owen in the corporate services team by emailing [email protected].
