Dyfed-Powys Police have launched an appeal to help find a mother and son who have been reported missing from the Llanidloes area.

Sian, 36, and her nine-year-old son Caleb were last seen on Monday, July 13 near the Spar store in Llanidloes, where Sian's red Chrysler 4x4 was later found parked in the car park.

Police believe the pair may have planned to go camping together.

Caleb is described as being of a slim build with light-coloured hair and tanned skin. He is described as tall for his age.

Sian is described as around 5ft 9in tall, of a slim build, with brown curly hair.

The pair were reported missing yesterday (Thursday), and after carrying out a number of enquiries, officers are now asking the public for help to locate them.
