A MAIN road closed after a crash involving two vans, including one towing a burger trailer, has now re-opened.
The A438 between Talgarth and Three Cocks was closed since around shortly after 7.15am following the crash.The male driver of one of the vans has gone to hospital to be checked over.The road re-opened at around 10.30am.
Dyfed-Powys Police’s Brecon Roads Policing Unit tweeted this photograph of the badly damaged Ford Transit and debris from the destroyed trailer strewn across the road. The other vehicle involved was a Renault van.
Diversions are in place.
Ongoing work to renew water pipes means the A479, Bronllys Road, into Talgarth is also currently closed.
Bus operator Stagecoach Wales has said the T4 bus is currently unable to serve Talgarth due to the road being closed.
