Newport Gwent Dragons number eight Andy Powell and his wife Natasha Gascoine-Powell welcomed their first baby on new years day.

Henry Harman Gascoine-Powell was born at 8.45am on January 1, 2015, weighing 7lb 3oz at Nevill Hall hospital in Abergavenny.

Henry, who was born 15 days early, made his entrance to the world after just an hour and a half of labour

Hands on dad Andy, who has been changing nappies and doing the night feeds said: "It's a mad feeling, absolutely crazy but completely enjoyable."
