Steve Morgans, from Morgans Family Butchers, parked his van in Llanfaes between half past six Tuesday night, and half past seven Wednesday morning.

A card reader, a battery power pack, and the butcher's poppy appeal fundraiser box were stolen.

Steve said that a substantial amount was in the poppy appeal box. The police have been notified, and are investigating.

The Brecon and Radnor Express contacted Dyfed-Powys Police to get an update on their investigation.
