AN URGENT appeal has been launched to raise funds to restore an historic parish church.

An architectural survey carried out recently on St David's church in the village of Tirabad near Llangammarch Wells, revealed serious decay in parts of the building which nestles in a beautiful setting under the slopes of the Eppynt.
