Award-winning illusionists Jay & Joss are set to bring their latest live show to Brecon this summer, promising an evening of mind-bending magic, audience interaction and jaw-dropping stunts.

The duo, who stunned judges on Britain’s Got Talent and also impressed on Penn & Teller: Fool Us, will appear at Theatr Brycheiniog on Thursday, July 30 with their new production It’s Not a Game.

The show invites audiences into a world where reality and illusion blur, with organisers teasing a performance packed with breathtaking visuals, high-impact moments and unexpected twists.

Jay & Joss, who have been described as “the boys who made Simon Cowell believe in magic”, have built a global following and earned praise including being called “spectacular” by Entertainment Daily and “awe-inspiring” by OK Magazine.

Their latest tour is billed as their most ambitious project yet, with the pair promising a modern, large-scale illusion experience that still keeps close to the heart of live magic.

They said the show is designed to be interactive, with the audience playing a central role throughout.

"It’s Not a Game is an interactive experience about control, choice, and connection,” they said.

“The audience makes decisions, the game reacts, and at times even we don’t know what’s coming next.”

They continued: "We wanted to build a show that feels huge, modern, and meaningful - but still has all the jaw-dropping moments people expect from a Jay & Joss show. It’s bold, unpredictable, and filled with heart. We can’t wait for audiences to literally play with magic.”
