A TWO month consultation period is to be held on plans approved by Powys County Council's cabinet to reorganise secondary education.

At a special cabinet meeting on Tuesday, November 22 where the Powys Independent/Liberal Democrat cabinet approved plans announced earlier this month to maintain all of the county's 13 secondary schools and their sixth forms it was claimed the Welsh Government had wanted to see school sixth forms closed.
