Every year the best professionals and businesses in the Welsh hospitality industry come together for the gala event in the Welsh capital. Thousands of nominations were received from the public over the past few months and an eventual decision was made for the winners in all the categories.
Lucy and Emma, owners of the Honey Café, said: “We couldn’t have achieved this accolade without the incredible team we have here at the café and the support from our valuable customers, whose votes gave us the chance to win.
“We have since been bowled over with their lovely comments and messages we’ve had from our customers. We’d like to say a big thank you to all of them.”
The Welsh Hospitality Awards recognise and commend the endless hours of dedicated hard work that hospitality industry professionals invest in ensuring their customers always receive high-quality service and memorable experiences.
Irfan Younis, chief executive of Creative Oceanic who organise the awards, said: “We are delighted to see so many people getting involved in the second Welsh Hospitality Awards. We have had a fantastic response from the public.
“The awards acknowledge the most dedicated and successful hospitality professionals for their tireless work.”
Other categories included Restaurant of the Year, Hotel of the Year and Caterer of the Year.
