Llandrindod’s annual carnival is back on Saturday, July 5, and organisers are inviting the community to join in the fun.

Whether you want to enter a float or take part on foot, there are plenty of categories to suit all ages and interests. Float entries can compete for awards including Best Adult Float, Children’s Float, Small Vehicle, Walking Float, Most Humorous, Best Overall, and Best Visiting Queen.

For those who prefer to join the procession on foot, fancy dress categories include Children under 6 years, Children 6 to 11 years, Children 12 to 16 years, Best Buggy, and a new category this year – Best Bike. Adults can also enter the Adult Fancy Dress category.
