THE Arts Council of Wales (ACW) have given promoters less than two months in which to lodge their application to run this year's Brecon Jazz Festival.

The main funders of the worldwide music event since 1991, the ACW released a statement earlier this week in which it expected all interested parties to submit their application by the end of March 2012 following the February 27 release of a 'prospectus' detailing the way forward for the Jazz.
