A SMALL number of coronavirus cases have been confirmed on a ward at Ystradgynlais Hospital, it has been confirmed.

A spokesman for Powys Teaching Health Board said: “These are being managed according to our Infection Prevention and Control measures. As a precaution, the ward is currently closed to new admissions.”

It is not clear how many positive cases have been confirmed at the hospital.
