A man is due to stand trial next month accused of driving with a controlled drug above the legal limit in Brecon.
Lee Wall, 34, of Howey, Llandrindod Wells, is accused of driving a Ford Focus on Ship Street on February 25 this year with a blood concentration of benzoylecgonine above the specified limit.
Benzoylecgonine is a substance produced when the body breaks down cocaine.
The charge alleges that his blood contained 115 micrograms of the substance per litre, above the specified limit of 50 micrograms.
Wall pleaded not guilty to the charge at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates’ Court on August 14.
The trial is listed for November 11 at the same court.
