A New Radnor man will appear at Crown Court this month over the alleged assault of a police officer.
The charge alleges that Benjamin Cheyanne Chesterton, 32, of Lewis Place, New Radnor assaulted a police officer on December 12 last year.
Chesterton appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court this week, before the case was moved for trial at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on January 31.
