THE main A40 through Crickhowell was closed on Tuesday afternoon after a car overturned.
The incident caused delays from 2pm after the main trunk road was closed between the Shell Garage in the town and the Cantref Pub in Abergavenny.
Traffic was reported queuing in both directions and bus company Stagecoach warned of delays to its Brecon to Abergavenny service.
