Pupils at Ysgol Pontsenni/Sennybridge School are set to have their artwork displayed at a local exhibition.

Every pupil at the school has produced a framed piece of art as part of the Expressive Arts Areas of Learning and Experience (AoLEs) of the Welsh Curriculum.

Pupils have created a array of impressive pieces, using a variety of mediums and styles.

All artwork will be displayed at The International Welsh Rarebit Centre Cafe Gallery in Defynnog at some point during the next two weeks.

If you would like to view this exhibition and view the pupils' work, you can visit the gallery up until December 5.

The Welsh Rarebit Centre's opening hours are Wednesday to Sunday 10am - 4pm.

Headteacher at Ysgol Pontsenni Mr Bennett said: "We are very proud of all of the children and their fantastic artwork. It has also been a lovely community link working with the International Welsh Rarebit Centre.

"The children are looking forward to having their work on display and selling it to their families as part of Enterprise Awareness. We are very lucky to have such talented pupils in Pontsenni."
