Brecknock YFC held its Annual Achievement Day on Saturday at Hafod y Hendre, on the Royal Welsh Showground - bringing together nearly 200 members for a full day of competitions showcasing talent and teamwork.

Members took part in a wide range of contests, with the standard across all categories described as exceptionally high, a testament to the hard work and enthusiasm within the county’s clubs.

The county extended its thanks to everyone who helped make the event a success, including the judges, stewards and officials who volunteered their time to ensure the smooth running of the day. Thanks were also given to Wales YFC and the Royal Welsh Showground for the use of their facilities, and to Hay & Brecon Farmers for their continued support.

A spokesperson for Brecknock YFC said: “Congratulations to all members who took part - your effort, teamwork, and commitment were truly commendable. We wish the very best of luck to those who will now go on to represent Brecknock in the forthcoming rounds of competition.”

A special congratulations went to Sennybridge YFC, who received the prestigious Mrs Phillippa Gough Overall Trophy.
