PROPOSALS to develop up to 80 homes on a disused hospital site have been unveiled at a public exhibition.

The plans would include affordable housing for local young people and up to 20 retirement apartments developed on the site of the former Mid Wales Hospital at Talgarth as well as a 60 bed care home.
