Brecon Mountain Rescue Team were called out on Monday, 24 April to the Brecon Beacons to help a gentleman who had slipped and injured his ankle near Corn Du.

They were called out by Heddlu Dyfed-Powys Police.

The casualty had a tent and warm clothing to keep him warm and dry until the rescue team arrived.

He was treated at the scene by the rescue team's casualty carers and stretchered off the hill to an awaiting Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust ambulance.

A spokesperson for Brecon Mountain Rescue Team said: "We wish the gentleman a speedy recovery."
