THE new organiser of Brecon Jazz Festival said the spirit of the event has returned.

Tim Powell and Pablo Janczur, from the Cardiff based media and events group Orchard which promotes some 300 concerts a year, were speaking at a meeting with Brecon Jazz Stakeholders group at The Guildhall on Thursday, October 11.
