Join The Westenders theatre group to see their proposed plans for the development of The Westenders Hall next Wednesday.
On Wednesday, 11 February, a public meeting will be held at Westenders Hall at 7.30pm.
The group are hoping to make significant upgrades to their building with planning permission in place and detailed design progressing, but are looking for help and support from the local community.
The current Westenders Hall is used by the drama group for rehearsals, set making, meetings and costume storage, and is also used for dance classes, parties and as a polling station.
The building is in need of repair work and development.
Westenders are looking for any groups who would be interested in using their new building to come forward.
Bryan James of Westenders has urged the public to come along to the meeting. He said: “Please come and see the plans of our proposed development, and let us know if you are interested in using the hall!”
The group are just coming off the back of a successful period with their excellent pantomime ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’ wowing the crowd at Theatr Brycheiniog.
