Libanus YFC lit up the dancefloor recently with a sell-out silent disco, welcoming more than 50 children.
The event raised funds for Libanus YFC, the Stroke Association, and the Brecknock Royal Welsh Show Feature County. With glowing headphones and three music channels, DJs Roy and Flash kept the energy high all night, entertaining the crowd with DJ battles and dance moves described by spectators as “not seen in a decade or so.”
A surprise appearance from Brecknock Feature County President Gethin Harvard and his wife Ceri added to the excitement, with both joining in the dancing and embracing the lively atmosphere.
Hot dogs, games and sweet treats added to the fun.
The club thanked The Wholehouse for hosting the event and providing the silent disco headsets, as well as all the volunteers who worked behind the scenes. The club says it is “eternally grateful” for the support that made the evening possible.
Megan R-J, club member, summed up the night up, saying:“It was the best disco I’ve ever been too, everyone was laughing, dancing and having the best time. I can’t wait for the next one!”
