A three-vehicle collision closed the A470 from Llyswen to Llanstephan Bridge for several hours yesterday (Tuesday, 11 August).

Dyfed-Powys Police attended the scene of the three-vehicle road traffic collision that occurred at approximately 3.25pm.

Minor injuries were reported from the collision and the road was closed while officers were on scene. It was reopened at 6.45pm.

A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Dyfed-Powys Police attended the scene of a three-vehicle road traffic collision that occurred on the A470, Llyswen to Llanstephan Bridge at approximately 3.25pm on Tuesday (11/8).

“The collision involved three cars, with minor injuries reported and the road was closed while officers were on scene.

“The road was cleared and re-opened at 6.45pm.”
