In the early hours of Saturday, 1 August, a man was assaulted outside Morrisons Daily in Heol Eglwys, Ystradgynlais, sustaining injuries to the head and face.

Another man was assaulted whilst trying to prevent further disorder and sustained facial injuries.

Both victims sought medical attention in hospital for their injuries and were discharged the same day.

Damage was also caused to two vehicles and a front door to a nearby property.

Two males aged 17 and one male aged 16, were arrested on suspicion of affray and criminal damage to property and have since been released on bail.

Dyfed-Powys Police has now issued an appeal for witnesses.
