A ROYAL Military Police vehicle has been caught on camera - parked in a disabled parking bay in Brecon town centre.

This photograph was taken by a taxi driver - and former serviceman - who was so angered he provided his picture to The Brecon & Radnor Express.

The female MP's parking has been criticised by a Brecon group that campaigns for disabled access and the Army said the corporal 'had fallen short' of its 'expected high standards'.
